Third eye charka- this charka is relates to intution, having clear vison of the future, spiritual communication and beliefs.

Throat charka- this chakra relates to communication. speaking your truth to yourself and others, artistic expression such as writing, singing, or teaching others, expressing your needs to yourself and others.

Heart chakra- The chakra relate sto relationships (past and present), attachments  to others including obsessions and co-dependancy, giving love to yourself and others, grief, compassion, empathy, kindness, and receiving love.

 

solar plexus chakra- this charka relates to intuition, confidence, self-power, dear of power, control issues, where you are controlling or vulnerable to being controlled, courage, sense of self, worry, and anxiety.

Sacral chakra- this chakra relates to the reproductive organs, creativity, emotions, self-esteem, sexuality, cravings/addictions, exercise habits, sleep patterns, weight, thoughts about appearance.

Root chakra- this chakra relates to grounding, a sense of belonging on earth, material needs and possessions, home life, stability, finances, career, feeling safe, survival and fear.
